I wouldn't object to it, of course. You've yet to come and enjoy my new addition anyway. Had we not been given the chance to make port, I would have already invited you.

Well, so far we haven't gotten irredeemably trapped in a cavern, and nothing's tried chasing us, so currently I'm chalking this port up to a win.

[He sounds so delighted at the novelty of a boring excursion.]

You haven't explored too far yourself, have you?

No, I'm afraid, mostly as I've been trying to take the shifts so that young Mr. Tepes can enjoy his explorations with his friends. Even here, one is only young once.

If we have the time, however, I'd enjoy at least a brief excursion with you.

Oh- certainly, Reid! I was rather hoping, actually-- there's one cave we found, it's a little ways in, but it's full of these crystals - apparently when you angle your light just right it lights up the whole cavern, it must go for dozens of yards.
